Welcome to third grade! This is a busy year...we have so many things to learn!

This will be my fifth year teaching third grade. I taught first grade for seven years before deciding to stay home with my children. I returned to teaching in a third grade class at Neabsco Elementary in Dale City. I was excited to move to Montclair 3 years ago.

I love learning in many different ways, but I am best in word and math. I am working on developing my art smarts. I use all the lifeskills, just like you. I think my strongest lifeskill is organization.

You will hear many, many stories about my family. I have a husband and three young sons. My oldest son is in seventh grade; my middle son is in fifth; and my youngest is in second grade.

My favorite thing about Montclair is watching how children learn differently. Usually at the end of the day, I myself have learned a thing or two from my students! I look forward to a terrific year learning and growing with you!
